Meet Mrs. Kaegan — Dean of Glory to God School
Hello! I’m Mrs. Kaegan, and I am truly honored to serve as the Dean of our brand-new educational program right here at Glory to God PPEC. This marks our very first school year at Glory to God School (GTG School), and I couldn’t be more excited to begin this journey with our amazing students, families, and staff. Together, we’re going to learn, grow, and make history—all while having an incredible amount of fun along the way!My Educational Journey
For the past 20 years, I’ve dedicated my career to creating dynamic, inclusive, and faith-based learning environments where every child can thrive.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Education (ESE K–12) with an ESOL endorsement, graduating with honors, and went on to complete my Master’s degree in Developmental Disabilities as well as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—both with honors.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a:

Certified ESE teacher in both public and private schools

Therapist and education consultant

Independent tutor and curriculum/intervention program developer

School founder and director, building a thriving learning community from the ground up
Six years ago, I took a leap of faith and founded my own school, which has since grown into a flourishing environment for students and families. This August, I proudly expanded by opening a second campus, extending the same commitment to excellence, faith, and joy in learning that now defines Glory to God School.
My Passion and Vision for GTG School
My lifelong passion is helping children discover a genuine love for learning. I believe in nurturing curiosity, celebrating individuality, and meeting each child exactly where they are. At GTG School, our mission is to make learning meaningful, memorable, and filled with joy.
Whether I’m in the classroom, developing curriculum, or leading a team of dedicated educators, I strive to ensure that every child at Glory to God School feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow in both faith and knowledge.
This year marks the beginning of something truly special—and I’m beyond excited to watch our students flourish as we build this new chapter together.
